On Friday, 25th November 2022, a delegation of the Tax and Regulatory Unit of Deloitte Ghana led by Mr. Augustine Donkor paid a courtesy call to the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). The visit was aimed at discussing collaboration opportunities between Deloitte Ghana and the Business School and as means to bridging the gap between students and practitioners.
On Friday, 18th November 2022, the Alumni Association of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) held a Black-Tie Event Dinner at the Accra City Hotel. This was a special event for the UGBS Alumni to reconnect and also celebrate their fellow Alumni’s achievements.
On Wednesday and Thursday, 17th and 18th November 2022 respectively, the University of Ghana Business School held an online orientation for its incoming graduate students. The orientation was held in two sessions to give the students an overview of the University of Ghana Business School. Professor Vera Fiador who moderated the programme acknowledged the students for choosing UGBS above other schools while introducing Professor William Coffie, the Head of the Accounting Department as the acting Dean of UGBS.
Dr. Roger Ayimbilah Atinga, a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management, University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), was installed as the 20th Hall Master of the Mensah Sarbah Hall. The installation ceremony took place on Friday, 18th of November 2022, at the forecourt of the Mensah Sarbah Hall.
