UGBS Department of Accounting Launches New Software Curriculum
The Accounting Department of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) has introduced a new curriculum featuring five accounting software programmes. The launch event was held at the R.S Amegashie Auditorium on 21st May 2024. The newly introduced accounting software are Spreadsheet Accounting, Tally, SAP, Sage, and QuickBooks. UGBS has partnered with these software organisations to provide access to students.

UGBS alumna Nana Ama Poku gets appointed as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK)
Nana Ama Poku, a Chartered Marketer and alumna of the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) has been appointed a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). She now carries the FCIM qualification which is a recognition that Nana Ama is at the top of the marketing profession having garnered several years of senior strategic experience working at the C-Suite level.
