UGBS Quiz Team Wins Tertiary Business Sense Challenge 2024
The University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) quiz team has won the final of this year’s Graphic Tertiary Business Sense Challenge, which took place at GNAT Hall, Accra on Tuesday, 21st October 2024. The team consisting of Mr. Peter Ameka Ike, Mr. Prince Ascord Bordoh, Mr. Edwin Entsiey, and Mr. Jonathan Sowah demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skills in the finale. This makes UGBS the first school in the Greater Accra Region to win the Business Sense Challenge.
UGBS won with 86.8 points, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) scored second position with 73.5 points and the University of Education Winneba (UEW) came third with 72.5 points. UGBS went home with two trophies as the overall winner and the Southeast Zonal Champions. Each UGBS student received insurance coverage for GHC20,000, HP laptop, souvenirs from sponsors, and a gold medal. Also, UGBS received a GHC2,500 fuel coupon from Goil Ghana.
