At the 40th Chartered Accountants Professional Examinations, Mr. Richard Osafo Boadi an alumnus of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), was adjudged the Best Level Three candidate.
All over the world, 14th February is celebrated as Valentine's Day annually. In Ghana, that day has metamorphosed into what is known as “National Chocolate Day.” This was initiated by the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture in association with the Ghana Tourism Authority in 2005 and has since become a household name in Ghana.
As part of the Chocolate Day celebrations of the Alumni Association, of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), a Public Lecture was organised in collaboration with KPMG on the title "Managing Organisations in Turbulent Times" on 14th February 2023. The lecture, held at the RS Amegashie Auditorium, was to afford the students the opportunity to interact with members of the Alumni Association and other stakeholders of UGBS.
In a bid to develop the entrepreneurial skills of students and in particular, the youth of Ghana, the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) launched the school’s newly established Innovation and Incubation Hub (UGBS Nest) on 7th February 2023, at the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium.
The Mentoring and Students' Services Unit (MSSU) of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) hosted an orientation session for level 100 students at the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium on Friday, January 20, 2023. Mr. Frank Tsikata and Ms. Vanessa Oparebea Akuffo, both Business School level 400 students, moderated the session.
