Mawuena Akosua Cudjoe

Dr. Mawuena Akosua Cudjoe is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Accounting at the University of Ghana Business School, Ghana. She earned her PhD in Accounting from Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia, and an MPhil (Accounting) and a Bachelor’s in Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana.
She has about a decade of experience in teaching and research, with her research primarily focussing on areas such as Sustainability, Governance, Carbon and Climate Accounting and Finance and Accounting Information Quality. She is a Member of AICPA-CIMA.
Dr. Cudjoe has published some articles in journals, including the Journal of Accounting and Finance, the Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies, Cogent Business & Management and the African Journal of Accounting, Auditing and Finance. She teaches Undergraduate, master's, and PhD students. Some of the courses she teaches at the University include Financial Reporting, Accounting for Sustainability, Advanced Corporate Reporting, Financial Reporting, Advanced Topics in Accounting and several others. 
As her service to the community, Dr. Cudjoe is a reviewer of some International Peer Review Journals.
