UGBS Students Explore Global Opportunities through Malaysian High Commission Engagement

In line with its commitment to broadening student exposure and development, the Business House Junior Common Room (BHJCR) engaged with the High Commission of Malaysia to discuss possible collaborations that could benefit students of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS).

During the meeting, the BHJCR executives held insightful discussions with the Third Secretary of the Malaysian High Commission, exploring pathways for UGBS students to access internships, scholarships, student exchange programs, and even national service opportunities abroad.

The dialogue highlighted shared interest in strengthening academic and professional bridges between Ghana and Malaysia. Both parties expressed enthusiasm about the prospects of equipping students with global experiences that enhance their academic journey and career readiness.

“This initiative has the potential to open doors for students to gain international exposure and practical experience,” said H.E. Francis Cudjoe, BHJCR President. “It reflects our continued drive to create opportunities that go beyond the borders of campus.”

While the partnership is still in its early stages, it holds immense potential to contribute to the internationalization agenda of the Business School and provide students with life-changing opportunities.

Students are encouraged to stay tuned as updates unfold on this promising initiative.
