The University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) proudly features Mr. Abeeku Nissi Diafo as the Alumnus of the Month for September. Mr. Diafo is a Chartered Accountant and Audit Partner at KPMG. With an illustrious career spanning over fifteen years, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise across various sectors, including consumer markets and financial services. He has also had the privilege of working across diverse markets, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence in countries such as South Africa, Sierra Leone, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, and Malawi.

 He holds a BSC in Administration (Accounting) with First Class Honors from the University of Ghana Business School. He also holds an MBA from the University of Suffolk (UK) and a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from the Harvard Business School (USA). He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK), and an accredited facilitator.

Mr. Diafo is a fervent advocate for audit quality and is equally passionate about people development and providing strategic leadership. He is the Head of Audit Learning and Development (L&D) at KPMG and has championed several initiatives to improve audit quality and contributed significantly to the learning and development of staff within the Audit function at KPMG.
