UGBS Alumnus, Mr. Eric Ati Receives Prestigious Accounting Award in the United States

The University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of its alumnus, Mr. Eric Ati, who has been honoured with the prestigious Marcotte Family Outstanding Master of Science in Accountancy Award. This happened on 30th April 2026 during the Department of Accounting awards ceremony at Illinois State University, US. He also received the W. Max Rexroad Scholarship which highlights his dedication, hard work, and remarkable achievements in his academic journey, further reflecting the quality of education and strong foundation provided by UGBS in developing globally competitive graduates.

Mr. Ati is an alumnus of the Department of Accounting at UGBS where he severed as president for the Accounting Students Association (ASA). He was honoured with the Marcotte Family Endowed Award in Accounting, in recognition of his outstanding academic performance and commitment to excellence in the field of accounting. This accomplishment adds to the growing list of UGBS alumni making significant strides across the world in academia, business, leadership, and professional practice.
