Retired Ghanaian-UN Audit Official Donates Books to UGBS

Retired Ghanaian-UN audit official, Mr. Seth Komla Adza has donated ten (10) copies of his book titled 'Ghana Audit Service Contributions to UN Board of Auditors' to UGBS and an additional ten (10) to the Balm Library of the University of Ghana.

As a former staff of the Ghana Audit Service and the Director of External Audit at the United Nations (UN) Board of Auditors in New York, Mr. Adza’s book aims to enlighten future auditors in Ghana about the country's role in providing external audit services to the UN and its achievements in the international arena. Accompanied by Prof. Yao Tettey from the College of Health Sciences, Mr. Adza received a warm welcome from the Dean of UGBS, Prof. Justice N. Bawole.

Prof. Bawole expressed gratitude for the generous donation and urged Mr. Adza to engage with students, share his experiences and inspire them to believe in their potential. The book is about his account and experiences as a former staff where he seeks to provide an account of Ghana’s membership of the United Nations Board of Auditors for 24 years.
