UGBS Alumna of the Month- January 2024

Mrs. Gifty Aryee, an esteemed alumna of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) is making significant strides in the healthcare sector. With over 29 years of dedicated service within government health institutions, Mrs. Aryee currently serves as the Head of Nursing and Midwifery at the Greater Accra Regional Hospital - Ridge. Her academic journey at UGBS culminated in a Master of Science in Clinical Leadership and Management after a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, laying the foundation for her exemplary career journey.

Beyond her professional roles, Mrs. Aryee is an active Calvary Baptist Church Medical Team member and a respected member of the Ghana Registered Nurses & Midwives Association. Known for her unwavering commitment to ethical standards and compassionate nursing practices, she is widely regarded as a nurse with a kind heart, touching the lives of many patients and colleagues. Her passion for continuous learning and development is evident through her participation in numerous workshops and conferences, enhancing her expertise in maternal and child health, quality improvement, leadership, and management.
