Roger Ayimbillah Atinga

Prof. Roger A. Atinga is a Senior lecturer at in the department of Public Administration and Health Services Management, University of Ghana Business School. He previously worked as Teacher Assistant and an assistant lecturer in the University of Ghana Business School and an intern hospital Administrator at La General Hospital. He facilitates short courses training for health practitioners at the Centre for Management Research and Professional Development, University of Ghana Business School. He is a consultant on health systems research and patient rights advocacy training for the Ghana Coalition of Health NGOs and a researcher with the NHIS as well. He has attended a number of international conferences. He is an author and co-author of a number of Articles which have been published in international journals. His research interest includes healthcare quality, health policy, health insurance, patient empowerment, Health sector human resource management and healthcare management.
