James Baba Abugre

James Baba Abugre is a Human Resource Management and Communication Researcher. He focuses on the interaction of actors in resolving effective human resource development and management in institutions. Dr Abugre is a Professor at the University of Ghana Business School. He holds a PhD in International Human Resource Management from Swansea University in the United Kingdom. His teaching and research areas are in Human Resource Management in Multinational Companies (MNCs) and local organisations. Specifically, he researches in HRM practices and communication and engagement of employees in organisations.
