With an extensive career spanning both public and private sector institutions, Mr. Eshun has held key roles at the Ministry of Finance, the Ghana Revenue Authority, the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Limited, and Thesofttribe Limited. His breadth of experience across finance, taxation, energy, and technology sectors underscores the versatility that characterises many UGBS graduates.
Reflecting on his time at UGBS, Mr. Eshun fondly recalls the Management Week celebrations as his most memorable campus experience. The opportunity to engage with captains of industry during these celebrations he noted broadened his outlook and shaped his professional aspirations. He attributes much of his professional effectiveness to one key skill acquired during his studies at UGBS: multitasking. According to him, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously remains a critical asset in the boardroom today.
As a leader with experience across top-tier institutions, Mr. Eshun offers clear and practical advice to young men and women graduating this year: they must persevere, remain persistent, stay focused, and be intentional in pursuing their vision in life. Married with three children, Mr. Eshun continues to exemplify the values of excellence, resilience, and service that UGBS instils in its students. His journey from the classroom to leadership in diverse industries serves as an inspiration to the next generation of UGBS graduates.
