Miss. Hilary Yankson, Digital Marketer advised students to stay knowledgeable about trends, noting that not every trend works for every brand. She encouraged students to take digital courses, network and be proactive in anticipating customer needs. Mr. Clinton Nyarkoh, CEO of iSupreme also advised aspiring marketers to be adaptable and insight-driven to make informed decisions.

Mr. Boniface Kwateng Amaning, Digital Marketer, UGBS, added that they should build confidence, understand their strength, learn basic marketing skills, and find a niche in marketing that suits their interest. Mr. Emmanuel Obi, Senior Associate, PWC Ghana also emphasised that they should broaden their skillset and explore beyond the classroom. He warned that limiting oneself to only what is studied in school could be detrimental.

On the integration of AI and marketing, Mr. Nyarkoh mentioned that AI will not eliminate jobs but professionals with essential AI skills will be at an advantage. Miss Yankson reiterated that combining AI skills and foundational knowledge gives professionals an edge in the field. On the other hand, Mr. Kwateng Amaning, advocated for responsible AI usage with the audience in mind.
