UG Vice-Chancellor Appoints New UGBS Heads of Department
The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Prof. Nana Aba Appiah Amfo, has appointed new Heads of Departments (HoDs) for the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS). The appointments are for a three-year tenure.
Prof. Vera Ogeh Fiador has been appointed as Head of the Department of Finance. She is an Associate Professor of Finance at UGBS, and her leadership is expected to drive the department towards continued excellence.
Prof. Ernest Yaw Tweneboah-Koduah has also been appointed the Head of the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. As an Associate Professor at UGBS, Prof. Tweneboah-Koduah currently chairs the Marketing and Communications Committee at the school. His extensive experience in marketing and entrepreneurship will be instrumental in leading the department.
Additionally, Prof. William Coffie has been reappointed for another term as the Head of the Department of Accounting. Prof. Coffie, a Financial Economist and Tenure Professor of Accounting & Finance at UGBS. He demonstrated strong leadership during his previous term and is expected to continue his stellar stewardship.
