
Tetr College of Business Explores Collaboration with UGBS on Student Exchange Programme
The University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) hosted a team from the Tetr College of Business on 24th June 2025 to discuss potential partnership on student exchange and business immersion programmes. The meeting took place at the UGBS New Conference Room with Jessica Varghese and Aradhita Tuli, Director of Student Experience and Chief of Staff at Tetr College of Business.
Miss Aradhita Tuli, Chief of Staff at Tetr College of Business, provided an overview of the institution, describing Tetr College of Business as a global, innovation-driven college rooted in experiential learning. Miss Tuli explained that as part of their unique model, Tetr students spend each semester in a different country where they engage in building real businesses, gaining firsthand experience in entrepreneurship while cultivating cross-cultural skills. “Over seven semesters, students live and learn in seven different countries, including Ghana, Singapore, Malaysia, India, the United States of America, Argentina and Europe”. Miss Tuli highlighted that the purpose of their visit was to explore a partnership with UGBS that would support Tetr students in gaining valuable experiential learning opportunities in Ghana.
Jessica Varghese, Director of Student Experience, Tetr College of Business, mentioned that they want their students to learn through diverse business and cultural immersion. According to her, their model aligns closely with the values and mission of UGBS, which makes the collaboration possible.

Prof. Elikplimi Agbloyor, Coordinator of the UGBS International Relations Unit, warmly welcomed the delegation and provided an overview of UGBS and its extensive network of international partnerships. He noted that UGBS is fully accredited and ranked among the top business schools in Africa. He also commended Tetr's focus on practical experience and entrepreneurship, noting its alignment with UGBS’s commitment to supporting students throughout their business journey.
Mr. Jackson Appiagyei, Event Lead at the UGBS Innovation and Incubation Hub, shared insights into the Hub’s key projects and innovation programmes. He expressed the Hub’s commitment to supporting students on their entrepreneurial journey, helping them transform their business ideas into real products and solutions.
Both institutions agreed to have further discussions and jointly work towards formalising the collaboration and ensuring mutual success. Also present at the meeting were Mr. Emmanuel Poku Sarkodee, UGBS School Administrator, and Miss Catherine Emefa Aziaku, Assistant. Registrar, Academic Affairs, UGBS who supported the deliberations and reiterated the school’s readiness to engage in impactful global partnerships.
