Saviour Ayertey Nubuor

Dr. Saviour Ayertey Nubuor is a senior lecturer in the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Management at the University of Ghana Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Science and Engineering focusing on Project Management from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan, Peoples Republic of China (PRC). Prior to his appointment at the University of Ghana, he worked as a lecturer at Wuchang University of Technology in the Peoples Republic of China. Currently, he teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Ghana in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Principles of Management, Business Policy, Office Management, Supply Chain and Procurement Management.

Saviour is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) of the United States of America and the Ghana Chapter. He was a co-founder and director of projects and administration for Africa-China Business Group Ltd. Saviour has worked as a project consultant in private and public institutions both locally and internationally. He also serves on committees within the University of Ghana.

He has participated in both academic and industry-oriented conferences and workshops both nationally and internationally.  Dr Ayertey Nubuor has published in reputable peer-reviewed journals and also reviews for international and local journals. His research focus is on project management, leadership, organisational behaviour and human resource management.
