Biography: 

Mr Aboagye- Otchere is a lecturer at the Department of Accounting. He has extensive experience in university level teaching, executive and adult training, organizational and financial restructuring, design, redesign and improvement of business processes. He is currently the Faculty Examinations Officer and Coordinator of Business Programmes at the Accra City Campus. He previously served as the Head of Department and Coordinator for Accounting. Francis is currently working on his PhD. Prior to joining UGBS he worked as a consultant with Kwame Asante & Associates-Representative of Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Aboagye-Otchere research, focuses on Corporate Governance and Disclosure Practices, Internet Financial Reporting, Earnings Management and Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting.

Francis teaches Financial Accounting and Reporting, International Accounting, Accounting Theory and Healthcare Accounting and Control at the graduate level and Business Finance at the Diploma level.
