KPMG Ghana Names UGBS Alumnus, Gordon Dardey as Partner

Mr. Gordon Dardey, an alumnus of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) has been admitted as a Partner at KPMG (Klynveld, Peat, Marwick, Goerdeler) Ghana, effective 1 October 2024. Mr. Dardey holds a BSc in Administration, Banking and Finance with First Class Honors from the University of Ghana Business School.

According to KPMG, he has built a distinguished career specialising in direct and indirect taxation since joining in 2011. His expertise includes tax transformation, policy, strategy, and sustainability consulting. Mr. Dardey continued his education with an MSc in Financial Management at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh Business School, UK.
He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana (CITG), the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), and the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors (GARIA), and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
As a new Partner, his responsibility will include driving tax transformation, strategy, and policy within KPMG's tax practice. According to a statement released by KPMG, “Gordon is an outstanding professional with a proven track record of excellent client service delivery. He is a leader in his field and is passionate about our values.”
