Dr. Patience A. Abor Honoured at N-Town Awards

Dr. Patience Aseweh Abor,  a Senior Lecturer with the Department of Public Administration and Health Services Management at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), was recently honoured at the Navrongo Town Awards (N-Town) for her contribution to rural development through her work for the Exglo Foundation.

She has resolved to have a positive impact on rural development, putting a special emphasis on women’s and children’s rights. Aside from her work in academia, Dr. Abor is an accomplished gospel musician, who performs under the stage name “Wegeiwor”.

On behalf of the Chiefs and people of the Kassena-Nankana, the N-Town award was presented to Dr. Abor on the 30th of December 2019.

UGBS wishes to congratulate Dr. Abor on her accomplishment.
