Dr. Ohene-Asare is a doctor of Operations Research and Management Science and Economics Lecturer of the University of Ghana Business School. He holds a PhD from Warwick Business School, in The University of Warwick. He completed his MSc. in Economics and Finance (distinction) from Loughborough University and undergraduate degree in Economics (1st class) from The University of Ghana-Legon. He previously taught in the Economics Department and Warwick Business School in the Warwick University and is now an associate fellow with them. Prior to joining UGBS, he worked as an economics lecturer at GIMPA lecturing advanced microeconomics and business economics. He also worked as a Snr, Research Consultant in Globiz Institute of Business Technology and as an economic researcher at the Office of Parliament. Areas of teaching interest include data envelopment analysis, operations research & management science techniques, quantitative methods, business statistics, multivariate data analysis, mathematical programming, organizational performance analysis, micro and macro economics, econometrics, statistical, mathematical, industrial, labour & monetary economics; managerial economics, economics for business, development and international economics, Principles of Finance & International Finance.
