Biography: 

Majoreen Osafroadu Amankwah holds a PhD from the University of Auckland and a Senior Lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School. She teaches in the area of general management both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interest is concerned with job quality, well-being and non-standard work arrangements.
