Upon completion, he again applied and was considered as Teaching Assistant in the same department.

His desire to be an academic motivated him to apply as Assistant Lecturer, and after going through all the procedures, he was employed on a three-year contract with the University, beginning from February 2014.

Aaron has been involved in the coordination of workshops and training programmes for individuals and organisations in CSR awareness and best practices. He was given the opportunity to be part of a consulting team whose mandate is to develop a comprehensive CSR policy for Ghana.

Currently, Aaron supervises undergraduate and graduate (specifically, MBA) students in their long essays, and coordinates research seminars. He also teaches Introduction to Human Resource Management, Principles of Management, and Human Behaviour in Organisations.
