UGBS Receives Donation From Year Two M.I.S Students
Feb 12, 2020

Stemming from a great desire to be good ambassadors of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS), final year students pursuing MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) at UGBS have donated a projector to the School. The donation took place on the 6th of February 2020.

The Dean of UGBS, Professor Justice N. Bawole, received the donation on behalf of the School. The representatives of the class stated that their donation was inspired by their observation of a lack of sufficient projectors to aid teaching and learning, the donation was to be seen as their commitment to the wellbeing of the school. The students also stated that they wanted to leave a strong presence in UGBS, just as they have also been impacted positively by the School.

The Dean thanked the students and assured them that the School is very appreciative of the donation. He promised that the projectors would be put to good use and congratulated them on making it to the final year of their programme. Professor Bawole wished them the very best after School and encouraged them to continue being good ambassadors of the school and active members of the UGBS alumni community.

Present at the donation were the class representatives in the persons of Mr. Lamadeku Saviour Korku, Mr. Kwadwo D. Kwarteng, Ms. Rita Amoah and Ms. Victoria Menkah, as well as Mr Charles Turkson, a staff from the OMIS department.
