Jan 22, 2016

On Tuesday, 19th January, 2016 UGBS organised an information session at the British Council in Accra to brief prospective applicants on the various special programmes on offer at the school. The special programmes are designed to suit different categories of prospective students who qualify and wish to pursue higher education in spite of their busy schedules. Present at the event were the various coordinators for the special programmes, namely Dr. Harvey (Coordinator for MSc Development and Finance), Dr. Eric Ofosuhene (Coordinator for Financial Risk Management), Dr. James Abugri (Coordinator for MA Organizational leadership and governance), Dr. Ernest Tweneboah Koduah (Coordinator MA Marketing Strategy), Dr. Ibrahim Bedi (Coordinator for MSc Accounting and Finance), Dr. Olivia Anuku – Tsede (Coordinator for MA Management and Administration and Mrs. Vera Fiador (Incoming Coordinator for MSc Development Finance).
Dr. Tweneboah – Kodua did an exposition on the six special programmes run by the school and the relevance to prospective students. In his presentation, Dr. Tweneboah – Kodua informed the gathering that the university has considered the stress that comes with our day to day lives, management of our homes and offices which do not permit individuals to study under the main university calendar. As such, the premiere Business School in responding to these challenges sees the need to fill the gap by running a separate program that will enable individuals in this situation to pursue higher education at their own convenience.
