The African Governance Showcase is a case study competition which encourages global submissions from participants on all areas of African corporate governance. These case studies must be based on corporate governance cases in Africa, within organisations which could be expected to, or chosen to apply the principles contained in the King Reports on Corporate Governance in South Africa or the relevant corporate governance codes of the country within which the organisation operates.
Professor Mervyn King, a renowned corporate governance expert addressed the attendees and awarded the prizes to the top three case studies submissions. The winning case studies will be available on the IoDSA website in due course. UGBS wishes to congratulate you on your achievement, your accomplishments are indeed no mean feat.
