It is a known fact that children and young adults are very important members of every country. They undoubtedly constitute the future leaders. Children in conflict with the law or juveniles are however, vulnerable and are considered less privileged members of every society.
This is why the MA Marketing Strategy 2018-Year Group of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) on Monday the 2nd of April, 2018 donated to the Borstal Institute for Juveniles. The group was accompanied by Dr. Kobby Mensah, a lecturer at the Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship of UGBS to donate food, drinks and provisions worth over five thousand Ghana Cedis.
The challenges associated with the Juvenile Justice system, such as unavailability of funding and the lack of daily life necessities informed their decision to donate as a token, giving back to society.
