Present were some faculty, supervisors, a number of PhD and MPhil students, as well as some administrative staff.

Twenty-one students presented their theses on varied OHRM related topics. Topics presented include: “Pension reforms and retirement income security for Ghanaian workers: An adequate provision for inclusion of the formal sector”; “Safety climate and employees’ voluntary work behaviours: The moderating role of employee voice”; “Leadership styles and individual work performance (IWP): The mediating role of organisational justice”, among others.
