The Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship of the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) organised an oral presentation for its PhD year three and four students to ascertain the progress made on their PhD thesis on Friday 10th February, 2017, at the Graduate Building.
George Kwabena Asamoah, Juliana Akushika Acquaye, Frederick Avornyo and Michael Agyekum Addo all third-year PhD student made their presentation on the progress of their thesis.
George Kwabena Asamoah presenting on the topic “Political Marketing and Voter Behaviour in Ghana: The moderating role of social media”.
Juliana Akushika Acquaye presented on the topic “Export Orientation and Export Performance: The moderating role of brand orientation”.
Frederick Avornyo presented on “Internationalization intensity, technological utilization and export performance of Ghanaian firms”. Michael Agyekum Addo made his presentation on the topic “Emotions and Entrepreneurship in Ghana.”
The turn of the fourth-year PhD students saw a total of six presentations on diverse topics. Lovia Sheena Boateng, Roseline-Barbara Easmon, Maapa Kwame Quansah, Jocelene Buckman, Bernard Tutu Boahene and Regina Appiah Gyimah all presented on their progress.
Faculty present at the presentation were: Prof Bedman Nartey, Dr Tweneboah-Kodua, Dr Mahmoud Abdulai Mahmoud, Dr Kobby Mensah, Dr Braimah Mahama, Dr Kwame Adom and Dr Prince Kodua.
