Coming to the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) for exchange programme affords you the opportunity to experience a vibrant and peaceful West African country, its people and rich culture and organisations.
UGBS has exchange agreements with partner schools and international associations. Most of these agreements have structured programmes for Students and Faculty of partner institutions and associations. Participants of exchange programmes usually visit UGBS for short-term (at least a month) and long-term study, which includes classroom lectures, company visits, community service/internships and sightseeing that allow participants to experience the rich culture of Ghana. Also, participants engage with faculty and students of any of the six departments at UGBS: Accounting; Finance; Marketing; Organization and Human Resource Management; Operations and Management Information Systems and Public Administration and Health Services Management.
GNAM
The Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) fosters substantive ties amongst the world’s leading business schools. It connects member schools in diverse regions, countries, cultures, economies and in different phases of development with the opportunity to interact about today's global business environment i.e. the varying roles governments play in the economy, different legal systems, cultural preferences, approaches to diversity, how businesses compete in different terrains etc. GNAM Network Week gives MBA students and faculty the opportunity to pursue intensive study at another network school

UGBS-TUBINGEN STUDENT EXCHANGE
Each year, one university may send up to 4 students, either undergraduate or graduate, to be enrolled at the other university. Students will be selected by their home university on the basis of academic merit and suitability for study at the host university. Students' can study in the host institution for up to one academic year during which transcripts will be provided to the home university.
UK STUDY TOUR
The University of Ghana Business School organizes a study tour for all its postgraduate students to the UK in July. The study tour usually last for 14 days during which time the students attend seminars and group visits to our host schools and various tourist sites. Students pay an amount of money for the tour which covers accommodation, feeding and transportation (air fare & internal transport) in the UK.
Registration for the tour starts in February each year. (Application form link)
US STUDY TOUR
The University of Ghana Business School organizes a study tour for all its postgraduate students to the US.
