Mr. Gordon Dardey is an alumnus of the University of Ghana Business School, where he obtained his first degree in BSc Administration (banking and finance option) with first-class honours. He also holds a master's degree from Herriot Watt University, UK.
Mr. Dardey is a Senior Manager with KPMG Ghana’s Tax Unit and also serves as the Executive Business Manager in the Senior Partner’s office. His consulting experience cut across several industries, including energy and natural resources, financial services, telecommunications, transport and logistics, consumer, and industrial markets.
He has expertise in taxation, finance, project management, strategy development and implementations and has coordinated many complex engagements that have brought structural benefits to his clients. He also provides advisory-related services in ESG and sustainability assurance and strategy.
He is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a member of professional bodies, such as: the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana; the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana; the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors; and the Global Reporting Initiative - Sustainability.
Mr. Dardey has been involved with several humanitarian projects including participating in mentorship programmes organised for students at the Business school.
He was recently recognised by the President of the Republic of Ghana for his contribution to the Nation during the COVID-19 pandemic at the National Honours and Awards Ceremony.
